The world of product development is unpredictable and challenging. With this being said it is also extremely rewarding. There is no generic approach when it comes to developing a product as every product has its own set of requirements and specifications. We use a very simple yet effective product development process that continuously builds on itself.

Prototyping varies from project to project depending on numerous variables such as scope of work, time and budget. There is no generic approach– this is part of our challenge. We have thus adopted a fairly simple strategy which has 2 essential components:

  • Reduce unknowns and risk in an incremental stepped approach and
  • Measure progress and adjust the project according to learnings

Our 5-phased approach to Product Development has been developed over years of experience and experimenting with various methods, both internally born and internationally accepted methodologies.
