Shofco, in partnership with Safaricom contracted Gearbox to facilitate the Shofco water project in Kibera. The project was an incorporation of a solar powered integrated service management system device that offers automatic water dispenser by use of bar-codes IDs.
Gearbox was contracted by Facebook to build a case for an open cellular device, a device aimed at improving connectivity in remote areas.

When a critical hydraulic part broke, Mehul needed a quick replacement. he contracted Gearbox to reverse engineer the part and manufacture a part he could use on the hydraulic machine.

Making of the gate. The client had a specific design that he needed for his gate with a metal material. After the computer design, the CNC plasma cutter cut the design on the sheets of metal and thereafter the client left with the pieces to assemble them at home.
An artiste, Meshack had an art design to put up in a prestigious hotel which involved a beautifully painted metal tree. He contracted Gearbox to cut the leaves on a piece of metal that he later painted and mounted them artistically.
